Shipping fulfillment time

Our average shipping fulfillment time is 3-4 business days. During the holiday season and other seasonal events or sales that significantly increase order volume, it may take up to 5 business days.

Local delivery orders average fulfillment time is 1-2 business days and is conditioned to availability. 

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for customers located in Windsor, ON. Although this option may appear available for shipping addresses outside this area due to how the checkout page functions, please ensure NOT to select it if your shipping address is outside the mentioned area. Orders with local delivery selected outside the Windsor area will be canceled and fully refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Rates

For orders that DO NOT contain oversized items, we offer flat shipping rates according to the order total amount as follows:

CAD$15.00 flat shipping rate for orders up to CAD$199.99. 
CAD$10.00 flat shipping rate for orders from CAD$200.00 up to CAD$299.99
Free shipping for orders CAD$300.00 and up.

If your order contains one or more oversized items (like Bandai Mega Size and Perfect Grade Kits, for example), and additional CAD$20.00 will be added to the total shipping rate to cover packaging costs and shipping rates for large, heavier boxes, as follows:

CAD$35.00 flat shipping rate for orders up to CAD$199.99. 
CAD$30.00 flat shipping rate for orders from CAD$200.00 up to CAD$299.99
CAD$20 for orders CAD$300.00 and up.

Shipping Delays

Order shipments may be postponed on certain occasions throughout the year due to vacation, illness, or life events that prevent us from accessing our warehouse and preparing and dispatching shipments. Unless a specific resume date is announced, we will resume shipping orders as soon as possible.

During pauses in order shipping, you can still place orders to secure your items. These orders will be honored and shipped as soon as we are back.

We will always make an announcement on the store website’s main page in advance of any upcoming shipping unavailability.
