Product box condition

Certain product boxes may have minor scuffs, dents, and creases. These are considered acceptable for shipping. However, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in the same condition as when shipped.

Since our products come a long way from Japan, we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive intact. We always inspect all items carefully. If a product's box or packaging presents major damage, it will be sold at a discounted price. Please note that such sales are always final.

Product inspection

Some products, like Bandai model kits, are packaged in non-sealed boxes. For this reason, we always check the inside contents of kits before shipping them to ensure the product is complete and undamaged.

Please note that for obvious reasons, we are not able to check the inside contents of products that come in sealed boxes. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery and let us know if you find any issues or need assistance. Refer to our Refund policy for more information.
