The latest format improves ease of assembly while allowing for greater mobility. Compared to the "HGUC RX-78-2 Gundam" released in 2001, the number of parts is roughly the same, but the number of movable parts is more than 1.5 times as many.
Not only has the number of movable parts increased, but the range of motion has also been greatly improved. It is possible to create powerful poses just like in the anime scenes.
The runners are positioned for ease of assembly. A wedge gate is used, so the gate marks are not noticeable.
The double joints in the elbows and knees allow you to recreate the action of kneeling on one knee or drawing the beam saber.
