Tougher and easier to handle than the Ultimate Nippers!
Standard model of single-edged nippers!

The Blade One Nipper is a single-edged nipper for plastic models.
Compared to the Ultimate Nipper, the cutting board side is slightly pressed on the cutting board side due to the thicker blade thickness than the Ultimate Nipper, but it has the durability of the thicker blade.

  • Single-edged structure that can be used in the same way as the Ultimate Nippers
  • Adjust the blade angle to make the blade last longer than the Ultimate Nipper
  • The Ultimate Nipper can cut transparent plastic up to Φ1 mm, while the Blade One Nipper can cut up to Φ2 mm.
  • The cutting comfort is slightly heavier than the Ultimate Nippers, but the cut surface when sliced is almost the same
  • It comes with an "original nipper cap" that is convenient for storage

⚠ Precautions
・ Since it is a delicate nipper that emphasizes sharpness, the blade may chip or break if used incorrectly
・ It can be cut even with a weak force, so do not grip it with more force than necessary
・ The thinner the blade and the more likely it is to break as you go to the tip. Cut as close to the middle of the blade as possible
・Do not twist the blade during cutting or when you release the blade from the runner after cutting. If you twist it, the load will be applied and the blade will break
・Do not cut anything that does not fit the length of the blade. A load is applied to one point in the middle of the blade, causing it to break or bend
・ Plastics with a thickness that exceeds the cutting capacity or materials that are not compatible (metal, resin, paper, etc...) Do not use
it for cutting plastic plates, cutting tags, cutting parts, dowel cutting, etc.
・ Remove chips from the blade with a toothbrush (blade brush) during and after use.
If you cut with chips left on the blade, it will be overloaded and cause damage.
In particular, if you use the blade with chips stuck in the base, rattling of the moving parts is likely to occur
・Do not touch the cutting edge of the "cutting edge" directly. "Cutting blade" is a sharp blade, so there is a risk of injury
・ Sebum can cause rust. If you touch a metal part directly, wipe off fingerprints and apply anti-rust oil
・Moisture can also cause rust, so apply oil frequently during the rainy season.
・If the lubrication performance of the moving parts deteriorates, the shaft will wear out, leading to a decrease in sharpness due to rattling.
Lubricate moving parts regularly
・For safety, wear safety glasses
・Cuts may fly. Make sure that there are no people around and that there are no fragile items before working
・Keep out of reach of small children
・When not in use, attach the included nipper cap and keep safety in mind.
